Shipping policy

We comply with all national and state laws and do not undervalue export invoices under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for customs duties in their respective countries. 

The charges resulting from goods being returned to origin because of the intended recipient rejecting them at the border are substantial, in some cases more than the actual shipping fee. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount over and above the restocking fee. 

Please check the order description for details on shipping dates, particularly for items that are still in production. 

Unless indicated otherwise, all purchases are generally dispatched at a maximum of 14 working days after payment. We generally ship orders received by Wednesday on the Friday or Saturday of the same week.

Standard delivery times by courier range are: 

• Within Bangalore city - same day

• Within India - 2-5 working days

• All other countries - 3-9 working days, depending on proximity to major airports, clearance speed etc. 

Unless delivered by hand, all shipping will be with a courier of our choice, tracked and signed for. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delays due to non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery, incorrect contact information provided by the customer or local handling and clearance delays.

We reserve the right to intimate the customer of any abnormal delays in dispatch or delivery.
